Rescue Dog Who Only Goes Right Due To Disability Finally Gets The Right Furever Home

Hi, friends! I’m Arbor! I have hydrocephalus, I’m visually impaired, and I’m here to spread joy and happiness!

Yes, that’s Arbor, and today he’s sharing his story. Despite facing so much hardship, his spirit is unbreakable.

From a Rough Start to a Loving Heart

Arbor’s journey wasn’t easy. Born with serious health conditions, it seemed like life had destined him to be abandoned. But fate had other plans—a special human was out there waiting to love him.

When Arbor’s future mom saw him on “I Stand With My Pack,” she just knew he was meant to be hers.

Without a second thought, she made the trip from Los Angeles to Willamette Valley, Oregon, to bring Arbor home, and the bond was instant.

Born with unique challenges, Arbor had faced a tough start: coming from a difficult breeding-hoarding situation, being blind, and living with congenital hydrocephalus.

This condition left him with almost no cortical matter in his brain, filling most of his skull with fluid.

Because of this, Arbor can only turn to the right—his brain quite literally works “the right way.” Yet, with the right care, he now gets to live his best life.

Every Day is Arbor Day

With his joyful “twinkle taps,” Arbor circles around his loved ones, always to the right, spreading cheer as he goes. His condition doesn’t hold him back from family life.

He loves his human brother, his furry siblings, and, most of all, his mom.

He’s her biggest supporter, always ready with a snuggle when she needs it.

Arbor’s mom, inspired by caring for him, even pursued her dream of becoming a veterinarian. For her, Arbor is perfect just as he is, and together they make the most of life’s twists and turns.

“I’m grateful for his existence,” she says. “I come from a place of gratitude, sharing my world with this beautiful soul.”

On his Instagram, Arbor shares his daily wisdom and adorable spins, inspiring thousands with his resilience and joy.

Once neglected, Arbor now shows both humans and pups that even when things seem tough, you can always go right and find your way.

When life doesn’t go as planned, take a tip from Arbor and keep going right.
